One of my pals doing her thing while coming back home often enough to live the good life in New Orleans. Her Asian/New Orleans fusion menu is delicious and healthy and so numbers among my favorite chefs in town. She also deserves a lot of credit for energizing our food system as she has been a supporter of so many small-scaled farmers and entrepreneurs for a long time.
