Hollygrove most likely to get Old Metairie's toxic train traffic

The subject of Hollygrove, on the other side of the parish line, came up just once at the meeting in response to the first audience question: Do planners expect opposition from Orleans Parish? "I have not seen a lot of opposition in New Orleans at this point," replied Walter Brooks, executive director of the Regional Planning Commision. "I think the interest in Orleans is to make sure there is adequate mitigation, in the Hollygrove area in particular."
