well. it is the ending that the citizens needed it to be,
but one that it shouldn't have to be. Do remember that the majority of bribes
happened in the years directly after the federal levee breaks and show a man
intent on getting rich off our great tragedy. Let this stand as a warning
against extreme hubris and goals of personal gain among elected officials in New
Orleans.
